The Brief

Launch Baxter of California on Amazon across the UK&I and EU marketplaces. Having grown into a multimillion-dollar business and having been acquired by L’Oréal, Baxter of California was looking to diversify its income from sales through Amazon – their first and only eCommerce channel – without a dedicated brand website at the time.

The Solution

We worked with Baxter of California to deliver this as part of a fast and cost-efficient pilot project, deploying minimum investment, prior to a subsequent larger roll-out.
